Our policies for subscription billing, cancellations, and refunds

This Refund Policy is effective as of January 03, 2026 and applies to all ExteriorOpsHQ subscriptions.

1. Free Trial

All new users receive a 14-day free trial with the following terms:

  • Full access to all features during the trial period
  • No credit card required to start the trial
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial with no charges
  • You will be notified before your trial ends

2. Billing and Renewal

After your free trial ends:

  • Your subscription automatically renews monthly
  • You will be charged via Stripe
  • Billing occurs at the start of each billing cycle
  • You will receive a receipt via email for each payment

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • How to Cancel: Go to Account Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription
  • Immediate Effect: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Access: You'll continue to have full access until the end of the paid period
  • No Penalties: No cancellation fees or early termination charges
  • Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription at any time

4. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

Free Trial Period

  • No refunds needed - you're not charged during the 14-day trial
  • Cancel anytime during the trial with no charges

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund
  • No questions asked

After 30 Days

  • No refunds for partial months: Subscriptions are billed monthly and are non-refundable after 30 days
  • Billing errors: If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days for review

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • You will be notified via email immediately
  • We will automatically retry the payment
  • If all retries fail, your subscription will be cancelled
  • You can update your payment method and reactivate at any time

6. Price Changes

We may change our pricing in the future. If we do:

  • Existing subscribers will receive 30 days' advance notice
  • New prices will apply at your next billing cycle after the notice period
  • You can cancel before the price change takes effect with no penalty
